Core Pilates

Although many people dream that consists only of core abdominal muscles in the body, including the fact that this region covers the complete back part of the central region.

 

Try running your lower abdominal muscles to strengthen the core region.

Reach the floor and lift your knees, keeping your back in a straight position and catch up with your body at an angle of 90 degrees.

Not your foot or your hip while trying to do it using your lower abdominal muscles.

Then return to your starting position.
